Architectural Requests

Must be submitted in writing to the M&R box at the mail house or email Chips Crossing

ALL exterior modifications to your unit MUST be submitted for approval to the Architectural committee.

For example: a satellite dish, fence, back porch, door or door color, driveway pavement style, etc.
